Terms of Service for NeuroForma

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of NeuroForma, an AI education platform operated by NeuroForma (Business ID CHE-264.094.437) located at Heimplatz 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
NeuroForma offers live and on-demand educational sessions, workshops, and consulting services related to artificial intelligence (Services). These Services are provided digitally or in person, as specified at the point of sale.
2. Information Products
Information Products include e-books, courses, tutorials, and any digital downloadable content sold through NeuroForma.
3. Goods
Goods refer to any physical items sold through the NeuroForma website or associated channels.
4. Registration and Use
To access certain Services or Information Products, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are as stated at the time of purchase. Payment must be made using the methods available at checkout. NeuroForma reserves the right to modify fees at any time, with notice provided prior to implementation.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
Requests for refunds of Services must be submitted in writing to our contact form within 7 days of the service date or purchase date, whichever is later. Approved refunds for Services will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, clients may opt to transfer their Service credit to a future session within six months of the original date. Service sessions that are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund, as these sessions are customized and reserved exclusively for the client.
6.2 Information Products
Information Products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be made through our contact form. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days.
6.3 Goods
Physical Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, with refunds issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials on NeuroForma are owned or licensed by NeuroForma. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroForma and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
